Kin Credits are our rewards points that you can collect through selected actions like placing orders, creating an account, and referring friends. You can then redeem your credits for rewards and discounts.

You can earn Kin Credits by completing eligible actions in our loyalty program, such as shopping with us, signing up for an account, and taking part in special promotions or referral offers.

Once you have collected enough Kin Credits, you can redeem them for rewards at checkout or through your loyalty account, depending on the available offers.

Kin Credits may expire after a certain period of inactivity or according to our loyalty program terms. We recommend using them regularly so you do not miss out on your rewards.

In most cases, Kin Credits cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotional offers unless stated otherwise at checkout.

When you refer a friend, your friend gets 5€ off their next order. Once they complete their purchase, you will also receive 5€ off your next order as a referral reward.

Your referral reward is added after your referred friend completes a qualifying purchase. If the order is cancelled or refunded, the reward may not be applied.

You can view your current Kin Credits balance by logging into your account and opening the loyalty or rewards section.

If you return or cancel an order, any Kin Credits earned from that purchase may be removed from your account.

No, Kin Credits are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who earned them.
