We ship from our home base in Gent, Belgium (De Pintelaan 13).

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all European countries.

At the moment, we don’t ship outside of Europe. If that changes in the future, we’ll make sure to let you know.

Local Pickup in Gent (Free & Easy)

If you're local or passing through Gent, skip shipping altogether.
Select “Local Pickup” at checkout it’s always free.

Just swing by De Pintelaan 13 during our open hours (we’ll email you the details).
Collect your order the same day or the next perfect for grabbing gear before a jam.

No fees, no wait.

Shipping Options

At checkout, you can choose between two shipping methods:

Economy Shipping

Our cheapest option.

  • No tracking link provided

  • No shipping insurance

  • Once the package is shipped, Kendama Belgium BV is not responsible for loss or damage

Choose this option only if you’re okay with shipping without tracking or insurance.

Standard Shipping

Our recommended option.

  • Tracking link included

  • Shipment is insured

  • You’ll receive email updates from dispatch to delivery

If you want full peace of mind, this is the way to go.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.
All costs are clearly shown at checkout — no hidden fees.

How Shipping Works

Once you place your order, we pack it with compact padding to protect your items during transport.

For Standard Shipping, every order is fully tracked so you can follow your package from our door to yours.

What If There’s a Delay?

We aim to get your order out fast, but sometimes things like high demand, carrier issues, or weather can slow things down.

If anything comes up, we’ll keep you in the loop via email.
