Shipping issues: Standard shipping includes tracking and insurance. If a standard shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, KIN Kendamas may offer a replacement or full refund, depending on stock availability. Economy shipping is not insured, and replacement/refund cannot be guaranteed for lost economy parcels.
